We're pleased to list this 3B's Narrowboat. Built in 2009, she has since undergone various upgrades during her current ownership.
She was originally 10-6-5 and at last survey in 2019 was still very close to that!
There's good accommodation for 2+1 (video refers to 2+2 - a misunderstanding - sofa only makes 1) in this reverse layout -
Forward double, good-sized saloon, with sofa that converts to make a large single.
Large shower/heads with electric Thetford toilet (and spare cassette).
The aft galley has been extensively modernised with oak worktops and has a wealth of workspace, a stainless sink & drainer and plenty of storage.
She has a brand new Boat Safety and was last out of the water and blacked and new anodes in July 2022.
She's powered by a Barrus Shanks 35hp and also had new leisure batteries in 2022.
Layout bow to stern is: Bedroom – Saloon - Shower/Toilet - Galley
