A very nice looking Peter Nicholls hull with paintwork looking good and shiny. Comastic hull blacking. Large windows and very attractive windowed front under a cratch cover.

A nicely finished fit-out in light wood. Entering through the glazed door from the cratch into a lounge area, There is then a dining area with a fold-down table based on the original boatman cabin design. There is also a solid fuel stove with radiators that also heats down through the bedroom via a copper radiating pipe.

The kitchen is well fitted with a cooker, fridge and washing machine.

There is a toilet, plus a separate shower and basin in the bedroom. The bedroom also has a fixed double with storage under and a large wardrobe.

As well as the solid fuel stove, there is an Eberspacher diesel boiler for heating and hot water.

This is a very well kept boat which looks like new. She would make a great live aboard, with plenty of space and all the necessary equipment.

The gated, secure mooring at Brentford is not transferable with the boat, but the new owner could tender to take it over.
