Broker's Comments

This boat is a blank canvas, with a clean and fresh interior which is ready to move into.
The open plan design means that free standing furniture can add extra accommodation as desired, by adding a futon or sofa bed, or perhaps a small dining table and some easy chairs is what you desire?

Soft lighting has been added to give a warm and homely feel to the evenings.

This boat is on a residential mooring in Poplar Dock and is in the heart of Canary Wharf in a lively community which is close to shops, restaurants and DLR and tube networks. The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management. A transfer fee is payable.
