Broker's Comments

This is a lovely modern version of a working narrowboat. The inside is plain and a bit of a blank canvas for a new owner to put their mark on.

The great attraction is a transferable mooring (subject to agreement with management) at Battlebridge basin, by St Pancras. This is a superb, secure, private mooring, with a lovely outlook and a strong community feel. Laundry room, bathroom, shower and toilets on the mooring. Gas, diesel and coal supplied regularly by boat.
