Broker's Comments
The photos of this boat infortunately do not do it justice. Having said that, I found the boat very sound and in extremely good condition, especially the internal wood work which looks like new. The boat benefits from gas or diesel fired central heating, pressured hot and cold water system worked from a coal effect stove. The many extras on the boat, (bow thrusters, micro oven facility, washing machine etc) are powered either by electric shore power or it's own battery (seven in all, whcih are less than two years old). These are in turn charged by the engine and/or a large solar panel on the coach roof. There is also a gas powered refrigerator. The boat was commissioned in 2002 and has been maintained in that condition with regular hull and engine service.
