This Les Allen built narrow boat is situated on a full residential mooring in a marina adjacent to Kings Cross Station.

The narrow boat is in excellent condition having been repainted and re-blacked only a year or so ago.

The spacious cruiser stern cockpit has a canvas canopy - useful for storing winter wood and coal for the pot bellied solid fuel stove.

Ten large windows as well as several portholes ensure lots of natural light and ventilation. In addition there are two roof mounted ventilators.

The boat interior is trimmed in beautiful polished wood and the floor is an amtico wood effect.

Many of the large windows have pull down blinds for extra privacy.

The lounge area has double doors that lead out to the bow and has a lovely comfortable cream sofa for relaxing.

A pot bellied solid fuel stove is provided for the chilly winter evenings and there are several radiators which run of the mains electricity.

An additional cabin area has been converted into an office or study and is large enough to accommodate two. This could be reconverted back to a double bed if desired.

The bathroom is equipped with a vanity sink and mirror as well as shower and the cassette toilet is in a separate compartment.

There are several cupboards and drawers for clothes storage etc.

The galley is nicely set out and includes plenty of storage and a double bowled sink, refrigerator with freezer box and a full gas oven and grill with four burners.

Situated conveniently next to the galley is the dining area with fully upholstered seats. This area can be converted to a extra small bed if required.
