Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Entering from the bow of this traditional Narrow boat is a delight. The saloon offers a very comfortable room with cosy cottage style surroundings, and comfort. During the Winter months the boat is heated with its Paraffin Stove which provides internal copper piping with plenty of heat.
The Galley is spacious and well equipped, however most of the utility items are housed in the boats separate area. Berthing is Five with a main owners cabin being the feature, the saloon and aft area provide the other Three

This is a well thought out Narrow boat and would make a great live aboard as the current has done for the last two years, The current mooring is not included in the price however it is transferable to its new owner. All in all this boat is on a par with any Dutch Barge cruiser, which could also provide cheap comfortable cruising.

This Narrowboat 70ft has been personally photographed and viewed by Nick Price of Boatshed Thames. Click here for contact details.
