Broker's Comments

The Nauticat 40 was designed with ocean crossings in mind and comfortable passage making with performance under sail and motor.

With 6ft plus headroom she provides a lot of space and airy feeling especially in the pilothouse with the great views out of the windows. She comprises of 9 berths in total across 3 cabins and the dinette in the saloon. She has two heads with showers, a good sized galley to port opposite the dinette with ample counter space, huge area in the pilothouse and then even more room outside on deck, in the cockpit and the aft deck. Her decks are lovely teak and easy to walk around. She boasts having a new electric winch on the coachroof. Clever sprayhood cover that zips down to protect the running rigging area.

Key features include:
A well maintained yacht
Recently upgraded navigation equipment
Generator
Great looking teak decks
Electric winch on coachroof
Fine teak joinery throughout
