Broker's Comments

This Dutch built North Sea Botter has in recent years had a considerable amount of refurbishment. This includes the mast step having been refurbished; hull works completed and also deck repairs to bring this boat up to her current well-presented condition.
The interior is probably similar to the original design, with some great features including the tiles in the saloon area. She really is an interesting and eye catching sailing boat.
The boat is currently in a berth on the River Crouch here in Essex, and this berth is available to lease on an annual contract subject to agreement with the land owners. This and the spacious interior make her a potentially great low cost live aboard.

Note: The boat is not in the location where she was photographed; it is now at another River Crouch location where the berth mentioned above is available
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
