Broker's Comments
The Southerly 115 occupies a niche position in the yacht market. No other builder offers the same versatility and build quality of the Northshore Southerly range. The 115 is a superb yacht with a spacious and very sociable interior layout making her ideal for two couples, a family, or a bunch of friends for extended cruising in some degree of all weather comfort - all things being relative!
She is in excellent order mechanically with a lot of money having been spent in recent years to keep her that way. She would benefit from a little varnish and tlc below decks but nothing major.
