Broker's Comments

This Oyster 37 was designed by Holma & Pye and built by Oyster Marine, under LLoyds supervision in 1982. English flagged, and with just 1 owner from new, she has been raced and cruised from day 1. The owner informs me she races better in a 9! Having seen winning plaques and listening to stories of long haul crusing out in storms and gales of wind, whilst seated in Mahogany clad saloon, you don´t need much imagination to vision her cracking on at a rate of knots.
She is full of character and comfortable but needs refurbishment to bring her back to her former glory, which is refelcted in her price. Her mooring is paid up until August 2007. The owner will be bringing her out of the water February 2007, and work will start on her. Her price tag will then go up. She is being sold "as is", at this low price.
