Broker's Comments

The Pearson range are considered by many to be the finest of yachts built in the USA today. This model is a serious blue water cruiser which is constructed to a very high standard and when I first saw her, some 11 years ago, she had just arrived from New Zealand crewed by a competent cruising couple. Sadly ill health caused the yacht to be sold and her present owner has enjoyed her for the past ten plus years. She has been re-rigged by Ratsey's Sails of Neyland in 2011/12 including a new Furlex gear and new running rigging. New canvas work was also supplied at this time. It is fair to say that she has suffered cosmetically since I first set eyes on her hence her low asking price. She could, with a few days work, be prepared for sea and commissioned. Cosmetics can be sorted at your leisure. If you've always wanted a proper blue water cruiser or live-aboard but funds are tight take a look at this proper yacht - she shouldn't be here for long.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
