Two independent “flats”. The boatmans cabin aft is accessed from the wheelhouse and comprises a saloon with washbasin, a cabin with double bed 2.2M x 1.9m and there is 2m headroom throughout. Access to the forward living area is from just in front of the wheelhouse. First you find the shower& WC then descend a spiral staircase into the open plan interior. Novel decoration with a kitchen breakfast bar in the form of a boat then the saloon area with tables fashioned from an anchor, a propeller and a ships wheel. Just to starboard forward is a further spiral staircase giving access to the foredeck. Right forward via a watertight door is the forward cabin with large dressing area and two cabin rooms one to port & one to starboard. 2.4m headroom throughout
Heating from the central fireplace and secondary heating from electric radiators. Water is direct from the mains though there are two 1000 litre tanks that could be used for fresh water or for black water or a mix of both. There is a large terrace on the main deck area.

Paris centre is just 20mins away by RER (D or C) and Orly just 7km away but the boat is not on any flight path so no noise from passing planes. The vessel is connected to fibre optic and mains water and we are told it could be connected direct to the town sewage system too.
