Broker's Comments

Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Percy Mitchell 30. Built with mahogany on grown oak frames this is a true Mitchell classic. Indeed she is registered on the National Boat Register and featured in Percy Mitchell’s ‘A Boatbuilders Story’. Currently ashore (under cover) a refit is underway to attend to the cockpit and wheelhouse. She is being offered for sale as is and the tools shown in the photos are not included in the sale. A new cockpit enclosure (never used) will add the finishing touches to the refit.
Appointments to view can be booked in advance 6-days a week directly with Paul Singer your Boatshed Dartmouth broker.
