You will need a pilots license for this boat. Forget water, look for a runway.

I would say this boat is better than new. The attention to detail by the current owner is astonishing. The hull is pimple free and in a very cool white.

These Phantoms are race boat hulls, so, have a deep vee and are pretty narrow. They will ride very well and you will be thankful of its race breeding as it will probably exceed 70 mph - which is very, very fast on water.

The engine has been inspected and serviced by a marine engineer and was given a great report including good compression.

The owner has all the receipts for the renovation.

Sure there are other Phantoms around that will be cheaper but you will not find a better one than this.

Stand out from the crowds and get your self a large helping of race boat excellence with this Phantom 21.
