Broker's Comments

Puget Trawlers / CHB Trawlers are relatively common throughout the Pacific Northwest in large part due to layout and design features that are well-suited for Pacific Northwest waters.

The current owner has owned this vessel for 11 years and kept her moored undercover and in fresh water. She features secure and safe wide decks. Solid teak cap rails and hand rails aid safe movement aboard. The Puget Trawler is built with a solid fiberglass hull and side decks. Common issues of teak over plywood are therefore not an issue with the Puget Trawler.

The large fly bridge with ample seating, full enclosure and teak decking make for comfortable cruising. Port and starboard cabin doors aid access when docking. The salon is bright and open with large windows providing excellent visibility and light.

Powered with the Ford Lehman 120 hp engine this boat is reliable and economical. She burns about 1.8 GPH at hull speed of 7 knots. It is not uncommon to find these engines still operating after 15,000 hours.

A haul out with new bottom paint and zincs was completed by the Delta yard in June 2013.The owner has kept maintenance records. This vessel is ready to cruise now.

The covered slip is available for lease with the purchase of this vessel.
