Broker's Comments

This classic trawler yacht has two major things going for it. Number one is that before the current owner bought her she belonged to a well known tv presenter who lavished large chunks of cash upon her, for example replacing the decks, fitting new heads, the list goes on. The second is the current owner is a marine surveyor, it’s obvious that he has maintained her to a high standard.

She is well equipped, much of her instrumentation is only a few years old, speed, depth, autohelm and GPS are all repeated upstairs.

Lots of nice wood, both inside and out, she has a good sized saloon, with a well equipped galley, each bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, with hot water and shower, the aft cabin has a double and single berth. There is also cabin heating and a generator.
