Broker's Comments

A fair example of these highly capable and popular cruisers. An osmotic hull is the reason she's priced about £10,000 less than others currently on the market. The differential means you can either have the work done to whatever standard you wish (and still leave some change), or you could just sail her as she is, and deal with the issue sometime in the indeterminate future or perhaps never. Other than that, she could use some tidying and modernising, but the inherent virtues of the design still shine through. A dinghy and outboard are available by separate negotiation.
