Broker's Comments

I'm given to understand that this is the last lifting-keel Sadler 32 to be built. Developed from the Contessa 32, she shares most of her predecessor's virtues and improves on a few perceived defects, notably: better internal volume and not so wet when beating to windward! You can see from the keel view that there is plenty of low-down ballast with the keel up. When down the draft extends to almost two metres, which should improve windward performance significantly. In sole ownership since new, she could now use some updating and renewal, but is otherwise an apparently sound specimen of a highly-regarded cruising yacht.
