Broker's Comments
A very nice well presented boat that has been looked after by the current owner.
Very roomy and a good working area on deck with a teak effect deck which has a good firm non slip surface.
Below decks good head room and a clean feeling with no musty smells. In fact very dry with no signs of damp. The wood work is in very good condition and a teak rag will bring that sparkle back like a new boat.
All the rigging is non damaged along with the sails, just hoist them and away you go in this stable craft that has had 1.6 tons of ballast installed.
Warm air heating is a bonus along with 240 shore power.
In my opion antifouling is required prior to launching which will give the new owner many happy hours of sailing in a solid & stable craft.
The cooker is in place only and it has no gas pipies connected but could be installed.
Alot of boat for the money!!
