Broker's Comments

As ever, Sea Ray have managed to make this sporty 27 footer feel much larger than she really is. The athwartships aft cabin has a pretty big double bunk and portlight into the cockpit which extends almost right across the beam.
Ideal for family weekending, this is a lot of boat for your money, with comfortable accommodation and a decent size heads compartment, coupled to awesome power capable of whizzing her along at up to 35 knots! The Mercruiser Alpha 1’s are said to be pretty frugal, the owner reckons on about 150 miles on a tank at her cruising speed of 25 knots.
I have to mention the bow thruster – I’ve never seen one quite like it, but it I’m told works pretty well and it is of course out of the water on the plane. It is easily de-mountable.
The owner has made some thoughtful additions – especially the professionally designed and made cockpit cover and sprayhood. The new rig adds plenty of headroom giving you an extra cabin area on the afterdeck – a conservatory if you like! (I think you’d better lash down the aspidistra though).
