Broker's Comments

This Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge Flybridge would make a great live aboard - floating condo. More spacious than a Boston flat, she is both luxurious and extremely well kept. There are two staterooms each with their own heads and full showers. Leather couches for lounging in the salon; one folds our electrically to become a double berth. Many recent improvements include new canvas, new dinghy, weaver snap davits on the swim platform & dinghy, new stereos, LG 37 inch flat screen in salon, upgraded GPS chart plotter, etc. Cockpit, steps to flybridge & swim platform resurfaced with plasteek. She is powered by twin Caterpillar 3116 350 hp engines w/ < 750 hours. So much room for entertaining on the foredeck, flybridge, below deck, aft the campanionway. There is a very large swim platform w/ ladder. Her galley has it all including a 3 burner cooktop. Her multi level interior presents an airy feeling. She has tons of storage! This Sea Ray 400 is a value offering that will not last! These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
