I was surprised to see a Volvo KAD42 Diesel engine nestling in the engine bay; often you would be greeted with a pair of petrols.

This tidy example of a 4-berth family cruiser also has the benefit of radar, hot water and a separate aft cabin with a door for privacy.

It is this type of attention to detail along with a superior build quality which sways people away from the newer American sports cruisers.

There is certainly a more solid feel to her when compared to most alternatives in her size category.

She has had around £5,000 spent on overhauling the engine and has recently had a major service on the out-drive.
