Broker's Comments

A lovely example of these popular aft cockpit cruisers. She has been well taken are of by her current owners and her low airdraft (6'1") allows passage under all the broadland bridges. There have been only two owners from new and is in well maintained original condition inside as well as original gelcoat outside. There is a spacious cockpit area for relaxing and entertaining with a locker the canopy folds neatly away into. Inside there is a fixed 'V' berth double in the front with heads compartment with porta potti to port and a sink/dressing table to starboard. The saloon area seating an table converts to make an additional double if required.

There is a 2017 boatyard condition report conducted for insurance purposes available to view and the last antifoul and engine service was conducted at the same time with minimal hours run since. The current owners have added a bathing platform and a new canopy made by Jekylls of Wroxham.

Broads river toll paid up until April 2021 and Boat Safety Certificate valid until June 2021. A great cruiser for couples or young families ready to be cruised away and enjoyed. Dinghy included in sale!

Why do the owners not get this boat transported to the river Ouse, rather than sell it ?.
