Broker's Comments

This fantastic She 31 is crying out to go sailing. Her classic S&S lines and sensible seaworthy layout need to get out into open water again.
She might need a little tidying down below but all the big jobs such as the engine, rigging and keel have been addressed so she should be out there doing what she was designed to do.
Her recent price reduction means you can grab yourself a great boat and upgrade her as you go. This boat has spent a long time out of the water so she hasn’t been used anything like as much as her sisters and the potential for the prettiest boat in the creek is bursting out all over.
