Broker's Comments
Here we have an ideal yacht for coastal cruising & exploring our local waters and offshore islands.
She would make an excellent boat for a first time cruising couple, a small family, or someone downsizing from the hassle and expense of a larger yacht.
She is well equipped & benefits from a recent and tidy reliable diesel engine and a very recent survey.
Furthermore she has a clean interior and some new electronics, namely tillerpilot and stereo system.
She is ashore in our brokerage yard and the owners are very keen to sell as they already have their next yacht, so the first reasonable offer would secure her.
