Broker's Comments

This southerly 100 swing keel is a great shallow draft sailing boat.. She has been well maintained and is clean and tidy below. The Owner tells me that the sails have recently been serviced and washed and that a survey was done for insurance purposes in the last two years. However there are some leaks around the windows which would need to be attended to. Other than that this is a great family cruiser that has a wide range and it’s lifting keel means you can easily dry her out on beaches or In drying rivers. This boat is currently out of the water, but the owner wishes to put her back on her moring by the end of June. These boat details are subject to contract.
