Broker's Comments

Stag 28s don't come up very often. Built to above average standards, only about 40 were made, as they became uneconomic to build when customers became unwilling to pay the above-average price for a 28 footer. This example is set up for short-handed sailing, with recent self-tailing winches and lines led aft. Her engine was replaced with a new Beta 20 in 2007. Notable for the amount of wood down below and her exceptional head-room, this is a fine cruiser with a good sea-going reputation. For those requiring it, a good-quality storage cradle may be available by separate negotiation.
