Broker's Comments
This is a popular East Coast classic yacht but would be very good anywhere with drying berths due to its lifting keel.
Much work was done around ten years ago but now she is in need of a new enthusiastic owner to bring her back into sparkling condition.
It would appear that the renovation was done to a high standard, so, whoever owns this Oakleaf, should have many useful years out of her.
This boat is a pretty classic with a useful amount of accommodation and also benefits from virtually unused sails.
