Port engine in good condition and original. Starboard engine was rebuilt at 800 hours. Both engines had new risers installed in 2001. New risers were once again installed as a matter of scheduled maintenance and not due to problems in 2006. No oil leaks and clean bilges. Engines appear clean and regularly maintained and the seller has maintained a very frequent oil change frequency. New 11 gal. hot water tank. Log on board details all maintenance and trip information including fuel consumption. Three house batteries, two 6 volt in series start, one dedicated inverter battery, one dedicated generator battery, Heart interface battery monitoring system.

Built in the Pacific Northwest the Tollycraft is known as a quality build. Gelcoat all looks good, non-skid molded into decks. All exterior rails, cleats, etc are stainless with no exterior wood to maintain. Starboard companionway access plus Sundeck door to salon. Boat has been in open carport-style covered moorage for at least the past 10 years. Flybridge canvas and windows all new about a year ago.

Aft master cabin with en-suite head and vacu-flush. Large aft cabin with walk around queen well lit with lots of windows. Storage both sides with his and her's hanging lockers. Center salon with starboard companionway door. The salon has a hide-a-bed couch that makes up to a double berth. The counter and cabinet that separates the galley from the salon is used as a salon table or chart table. What appears as a helm station area is actually the AC-DC panel and accessory electronics control station. This opens up the salon for entertaining. It is well lit with large windows all with curtains or blinds. Down galley has a near-full-size fridge, double basin sink and a dinette that converts to a double berth.
