Broker's Comments

The beautiful teak interiors of these Taiwanese built boat are hard to beat, and certainly not repeatable at anything like the price.
We sold this boat to the current owner a few years ago and she was a nice boat then, the current owner has spent I.R.O. 100K US$ and she is even nicer now.

2014 Upgrades include New Force 10 oven, fridge and 50 Btu freezer. She has been completely rewired with tinned wire and a new switchboard fitted. Varnished throughout, New LED lighting and 3 x new 250 AH Gel batteries fitted, 2 x house bank and 1 x engine and generator start, with ability to combine if needed. The deck has been completely rebuilt with new ply inner and sandwiched with GRP under and over, all finished in Marine Deck 2000. New deckhead panels throughout.
Whilst on the hard stand the masts were removed, stripped and painted and fitted with all new standing rigging, New sails from Rolly Taskers. A new hard cockpit/dodger was designed and installed. The engine a 120hp Ford Lehman was completely serviced (except injectors) during the refit, as was the 4.5 kv Genset. Watermaker was moved and re installed to improve ease of operation and a new membrane fitted. She also has new wireless wind and depth / speed instruments, New VHF radio, electric toilet, and new plumbing throughout. 2 x 130 amp and 2 x 80 W. She comes with dive bottles and dive compressor and all dive equipment .She was painted under floor throughout and a targa arch / davits manufactured and fitted.
