Broker's Comments

The Transpac 49 Mark II, is a Taiwanese built, aft cabin, center cockpit ketch with moderate draft and makes an ideal blue water cruiser or live aboard. This very nice example has been home to her owners for the last 10 years and 5 years ago was equipped, on a no expense spared basis, for a circumnavigation. The inventory in addition to that already listed includes:
2-Cobra kyaks w/SS rail mount carriers,
1-NuvAir dive compressor, 2-Steel 80 dive tanks, 2-120 Aluminum dive tanks,
1-Hooka Hose & Regulator and Air gauge,
Various dive and fishing equipment,
1-Sextant in Teak Case, 2-Shop vacs,
1-Thompson Walking Foot sewing machine for sewing canvas and sails,
Extensive cruising and maintenance library, Extensive Electronic and paper cruising charts and in the words of the owners "Lots of spare parts; too many to list Also lots of tools"
Her comfortable, spacious, air conditioned interior is finished in varnished, natural teak, with teak and holly cabin sole throughout and the owner,s en-suite stateroom aft has a queen size bed and transom ports for a view of whichever anchorage you choose.
Recently slipped for a bottom job and routine maintainance she should be ready to go, and what better place to start your cruise than Phuket and the Andaman Sea.
