Broker's Comments

This lady was a herring trawler built in Skagen (Denmark) in 1924. After her life as a trawler (and maybe after serving as a fishing boat in Grimsby) she was refitted a decade ago in Grimsby. They converted the fish store into the current living area, installed the masts and the bowsprit and added some finishing touches. She appears in the movie 'The Secret' by Catherine Cookson.

A perfect liveaboard, she is currently on a residential mooring in East London, just off the Thames.

The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management and has landline and broadband facilities.
