Broker's Comments

Boatshed Dartmouth are delighted to offer for sale a Vancouver 27. The Vancouver 27 was designed by Canadian, Robert B. Harris. In 1974 the first wooden hull was built in England, by Pheon Yachts, and shortly afterwards the design was changed to GRP, with a slight extension to the waterline beam. Due to the high build quality, the UK-built Vancouver 27s became a popular design, with around 250 built, before Northshore took over the design in 1986.The Vancouver 27 design is biased towards stability, ease of handling, load carrying ability and comfortable accommodation for a crew of one or two. This Vancouver 27 is well equipped and well presented. Her light wood interior is very pleasing and she benefits from a recently installed Beta engine.
