Broker's Comments
Although in need of some obvious maintenance this boat still makes a fantastic live aboard with a massive main saloon area and separate owners suite aft. The current owner has made some provisions for improvements including a GPS and tender crane for the flybridge but this can be shelved should a potential purchaser wish to make any reasonable offer for the boat as she is. These boat details are subject to contract.
