Broker's Comments

A good example of a Westerly Berwick, she is a solidly built vessel.
This one had a new engine fitted in 2000 and has logged 500 hours since then. Her standing rigging was replaced in 1998 and new roller reefing fitted. Keels were removed in 1998 and refitted. She was antifouled in June last year.
She has been well cared for by her meticulous owner and is set up for extended cruising having cruised to the Med and back. Shore power is fitted whilst moored in the marina.
The headlining in the forecabin needs a little attention but she is clean and tidy inside, ready to go for the forthcoming season. At this price she represents outstanding value for money. A lovely boat, well worth coming to see.
