Broker's Comments
Well looked after and well equipped, this Westerly has been serviced and updated in her current ownership. New headlinings in the Saloon and a full engine recondition in 2001 she has only covered 50 hours since. A good cruising boat she has travelled to all 4 corners of the Med however still looks and smells as fresh as a daisy. She could be sold as 4 quarter shares with the current owner and 1 other person holding 2 shares hence two further shares could be available at £6000 each. A further £1000 annually will cover service and mooring charges so for a very low out lay you could have 13 weeks use of a boat in the sun where even in the winter months the weather is fine and does not restrict use. Weekends could be spent in Morocco or up the coast to the Mar Menor. This boat has been viewed and photographed by Phil of Boatshed Costa del Sol.
