Broker's Comments

Preliminary details: awaiting confirmation by owner.

True to Westerly form the Berwick is a solid family cruiser. She won't win line honours but she will look after you if things get rough. She offers comfortable family accommodation and has loads of cockpit space. Her sought after mooring on the Dart is transferrable and costs around £580 per annum (plus harbour dues).
