Broker's Comments

With over 400 Westerly Fulmar 32 built, they were used extensively for sail training, and a well-deserved reputation for speed, although used quite a lot just for cruising.
This model has been well maintained throughout her life and looks to be in good condition.
She is now ashore for the winter , in a position where she can be easily inspected out of the water.
The mooring is for sale, by arrangement , annual ground rent of £175.
