The boat is moored at Poplar Dock with all the shops, restaurants of Canary Wharf 10 mins away and the DLR of Poplar also only 10 minutes walk from the marina.

The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management and the current owner has a 10 year licence. A transfer fee of 5% of the final sale price is payable.
