Broker's Comments

This is a compact little broadbeam, with enough room to make a comfortable home or Pied a terre but a lovely size to manoeuvre down the river and on the canals for a holiday.

Packed with quality features, there is lots of room for entertaining and she feels much bigger than her actual size.

In a picturesque spot close to Canary Wharf and all that the area can offer, this boat is a convenient alternative to a traditional flat. The mooring is transferable by agreement with marina management and has good facilities including a shower block and laundry. The community is friendly and supportive.
