Broker's Comments

This is a beautiful Broads Criuiser! As soon as you step on board the feeling of character, class and comfort hits you. The aft cabin is home to a full size double berth and single along with quality curtains carpets and units. Stepping fwd we have the generous galley to the port side with full size sink, 4 burner cooker, oven, grille and full size sink. Opposite is the heads which again is a very good size and is home to the full size shower unit. Moving fwd again we have the saloon, to the std side is the dining area and huge table which converts to a further full size double. On the port side is the period helm. This boat has undergone extensive work recently and benefits from a recent survey by a much respected local surveyor. The bilges are dry and there are no fuel or oil odours from the engine compartment. She has a fiull 4 year BSC, is licensed untill March 2009 and there is a possibilty of her currrent mooring being available subject to marina owners approval.
