The Stugots, a boat made famous by the cult-classic series The Sopranos, has been listed for sale in Stamford, Connecticut. It’s priced at $299,900 and is being sold under the name Never Enough.

This is not the first time the iconic sportfishing boat (pictured below thanks to HBO) has been listed for sale.

“My client purchased this Cape Fear in 2016 mostly because he and his family love to fish,” says Paul Ouimette, United Yacht Sales broker. “Of course there is a cool factor to having the boat that was in The Sopranos and makes for a great conversation piece. People want to experience a piece of television history.”

Ouimette says there are many misconceptions about which boat Tony Soprano owned. In fact, the TV icon had three boats throughout the series – The Stugots and The Stugots II.

The Cape Fear 47 currently for sale is the first Stugots from season one of the show, Ouimette explains. In season two, what was supposed to be the same Stugots was actually a 43 foot Egg Harbor.

The Stugots II that came along later in the series was a 55-foot Ocean Yacht. That Ocean was the boat in the famous ‘Whitecaps’ episode where Benny and Little Paulie anchor the boat in front of the Sapinsly’s beach house and play a Dean Martin concert.

“When my customer purchased the boat, it had been used extensively and needed some work,” says Ouimette. “From rebuilding one of the engines to updated electronics, and other interior work, it’s ready to bring to the market for sale.

“My client hates to sell this boat. But his kids are older and the need for a larger sportfishing boat is outweighing holding on to a piece of TV history.”

United Yacht Sales is no stranger to selling famous boats. In February of this year, UYS broker Joe Longobardi sold Seafood, the 60-foot Striker sportfishing boat from the movie Caddyshack. It was listed for sale at $350,000 in Maryland, but is now offered for charter or as an AirBNB in South Carolina.
