Broker's Comments

I have sold a few Channel 22's in the past and this vessel is the best example that I have seen. The engines have just been serviced and the timing belts changed.
These boats are based on the design of pilot cutters and with their centrally mounted twin engines and shaft driven props they have the advantage of great maneuverability. They are well built and able to handle the most adverse weather conditions.
The accomodation comprises of 2 single berths in the main cabin which can be converted to a double with an infill cushion. The heads, which includes a shower are to port and the galley is opposite. The cockpit seating can be converted to another double berth when the full size cockpit cover is in place.
She has a dingy mounted on davits and the bathing platform and ladder give easy access to and from the dinghy or bathing.
This is a boat that is a cut above the rest.
