International maritime business specialist, Sea-Alliance Group is launching a new company in Greece to support its strategic ‘full-service’ expansion in the country as well as strengthen its network in the Mediterranean.

Sea Alliance Group says the with the launch of its sister company, Sea-Alliance Group IKE, it aims to bring experience and expertise to the local market in Greece to fulfil demand as the interest in Greece as a cruising destination increases.

Located in Saronic Gulf coast town of Palaio Faliro in South Athens, Sea-Alliance Group IKE’s new office opens in May 2023 to deliver yacht charter management and sales, brokerage yacht sales, yacht management, and marina management services.

To achieve this high level, we have meticulously selected an experienced, professional team, with considerable local and industry knowledge. They will benefit from the heritage and international experience of Sea-Alliance Group and capitalise on the synergies between our sister companies.

The team leading the new company in Greece includes Asimina Papadimitriou, an ex-captain and seasoned maritime industry professional, as office manager. She will be supported by Katerina Siouti, a local area specialist in within charter and yacht management, and Evita Kargioti, an experienced superyacht agent. Further recruitment is ongoing.

Sea-Alliance Group says the Greece office will function as a complementary business to its Gibraltar headquarters and Israeli sister company, Stream Yachts, an official dealer for Lagoon, Jeanneau, Prestige, Mangusta and Sunseeker, which has bases along the Mediterranean coast line and in the Red Sea.

Sea-Alliance Group’s Europe operational manager Francesco Losavio will continue to oversee services in the west Mediterranean.
