The Haven Knox-Johnston crew has unveiled the latest instalment in their “From The Helm” Webinar Series “Crossing the Channel and Cruising Northern France”, presented in collaboration with The Cruising Association.

Scheduled for Thursday 25th January at 7:30pm this upcoming webinar offers a virtual journey to the enchanting Gallic coast without the need to untie a mooring line or start an engine!

Perfect for all boaters who are considering expanding their sailing horizons in 2024, but especially those for whom the prospect of venturing beyond the familiar shores of the UK may seem a bit daunting.  This upcoming “voyage of knowledge” is designed to give the audience a “compass to confidence”!  Before they know it, they’ll be savouring fresh croissants on the other side of the Channel!

Sharing his wealth of nautical wisdom will be The Cruising Association’s Bob Garrett.  Bob has served as Channel Secretary for the past 7 years and regularly leads Cruises in Company across the Channel.  With his extensive Channel & North France sea miles, Bob is uniquely positioned to offer invaluable insights, covering passage planning, necessary documentation, passage-making tips, popular places not to be missed, as well as much more!

The webinar concludes with a live Q&A, giving the audience the opportunity to ask questions directly to the expert.
