The RYA has announced its first ever ‘Girls Only’ Foil Training Weekend for female instructors.

This opportunity to learn to SAILFoil or WINDFoil takes place this month on the weekend of 19/20 May at Andrew Simpson Watersports Centre in Weymouth.

Places are limited and are available on a first-come first-served basis.

Here is what’s on offer:

SAILfoil Training

Who’s it for?: RYA Dinghy Instructors wishing to experience foiling for the first time or develop their current foiling knowledge.

Location: Andrew Simpson Watersports Centre, Weymouth.

Cost: £295 per person (for 2 days) **special RYA course cost**

Stay: Meals and accommodation will need to be booked and paid for separately. There is limited availability at RYA Portland House, so if you would like accommodation contact Debbie Woof (debbie.woof@rya.org.uk) as soon as possible.

WINDfoil Training

Who’s it for?: RYA StartWindsurfing Instructors, with a personal level of intermediate planing, wishing to experience foiling for the first time or develop their current foiling knowledge.

Location: The Official Test Centre (OTC) in Portland, Weymouth

Cost: £150 per person (for 2 days).
Payments must be made directly to Tris Best at OTC.
