Sterk launching all-new motorboat at boot Düsseldorf

New boating brand Sterk is debuting its first vessel – the Sterk 31 RC motorboat – at boot Düsseldorf (21-29 January 2023).

The new Sterk brand is a collaboration between designer Carlos Vidal and boat producer Milan Sterk, manager of German aluminium RIB manufacturer MS Marine.

The Sterk 31 is now being produced at MS Marine’s German facilities, after a Russian anti-aircraft missile destroyed the production plant in Ukraine, where the hulls for Sterk were originally being produced, this July.

Launching at boot 2023, the Sterk 31 RC (rear cabin) model features a cabin that can either be used for sleep or as storage space.

The Sterk 31 features up to two refrigerators with 52lt volume, a 530lt EPA fuel tank, two generous sunbeds and extra-large T-top. With up to 2 x 300hp outboards, 50 knots and a drive-by-wire system, the Sterk 31 is said to pack a powerful and sporty punch.

Two more Sterk 31 models are being launched towards the end of 2023. The wetbar model will feature a kitchenette and spacious lounge seat, while the full cabin version has a closed cabin on deck suitable for all weather conditions.

MS Marine works with over 100 dealers worldwide. “A selected group of dealers are authorised to distribute Sterk and to take care of the after sales service,” Katharina Gliesche, the firm’s marketing and purchasing manager, tells MIN.

Described as a “premium brand made for those who love speed and comfort”, Sterk says it enters the market promising Mediterranean design and state-of-the-art technology.

A range of optional luxury equipment is available to maximise enjoyment on the water. The boat will be exhibited at booth 4D61, hall 5, during boot Düsseldorf.
