Sunreef adds 100ft Eco superyacht to line

Sunreef Yachts has announced its Sunreef 100 Eco catamaran, a bespoke all-electric luxury craft that joins the company’s smaller catamaran offerings of the Sunreef 50 Eco, Sunreef 60 Eco, Sunreef 70 Eco and Sunreef 80 Eco.

Fitted with twin 270kW electric engines, Sunreef says its 100 Eco offers a 360° sustainable yachting experience with ultralight, high performance batteries as well as Sunreef Yachts’ proprietary solar power system. Thanks to the shipyard’s award-winning technology the craft can welcome up to 242.5m² of composite-integrated solar panels, generating up to 46kWp.

The company says its Eco catamarans are covered with in-house manufactured solar panels. Sunreef Yachts’ “solar skin” can be integrated with any composite structure of the yacht, such as the mast, boom or hull sides, thus maximizing solar power generation.

The Sunreef 100 Eco catamaran will accommodate up to 12 guests and offers 433 square metres of space on board. The design is said to encompass a spa area, office, gym and bar.
