Broker's Comments
This Westerly Oceanlord is a cruising boat, waiting to take her next owner on long distance passages with live-aboard cruising.
She is intended to make every passage enjoyable, yet the Oceanlord can cope with the worst of conditions, even if short handed. With her furling genoa and in-mast furling mainsail, and all controls leading back to the cockpit, she is safe and simple to operate, with little need to go forwards. She has folding steps fitted to the mast - all the way from the boom to the top- another advantage if sailing short handed.
A large aft cabin with a central bed and the spacious forward cabin are both served by their own heads and showers and complemented by practical sea-berths amidships. A large galley adjoins the saloon and there is a well equipped chart table.
The boat has had numerous upgrades and improvements over recent years including:
- New Flexiteek deck
- New sails
- New standing rigging
- New pocket-sprung mattresses in aft cabin
- New GN Espace cooker
- New batteries and improved charging systems
- New Rocna anchor
- New anchor chain
- New windlass
- New spray hood
- Coppercoat anti-foul
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
